As IFB continues its rapid growth and development, we are looking to recruit results-driven individuals to join our Business Development team, where they will be responsible for new client acquisition and revenues across Scotland.

Reporting to the Business Development Manager, you will take responsibility for qualifying and nurturing new opportunities along with some key account management. By developing a solid understanding of their business, you'll be able to propose relevant and effective solutions based on our clients' needs.

Our ideal candidate will be a proven sales person, confident and self-starting with the personality, drive and energy to engage with clients and prospects alike. With a strong track record of business sales performance behind you, you will be capable of balancing new business acquisition and account management.

Of course, you will be provided with all of the necessary technology required to enable you to fulfil your role from almost anywhere. Depending on your location, you can be based in our Aberdeen or new Edinburgh offices and will be fully supported by the IFB team.

Required Skills / Experience
  • You will have previous long-term business-to-business sales success - ideally with an IT infrastructure or technology focus, but not limited to this
  • Your success is around ongoing service delivery focused on the client
  • You will be able to learn IFB services and translate these into benefits for our clients quickly
  • First class verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and also as part of a team
  • Ability to organise workload and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Full UK Driving License
